*Free length flooring is sold in whole m2, we advise ordering at least 10% extra to cover off-cuts and breakages.
Burned edges give our Woburn Oak Planks the appearance of an aged and time-worn floor. The rich tawny tones are washed over with a darker brown to enhance the texture on the surface of the planks.
Our planks come in generous lengths of 2200mm, which are complemented by a number of shorter lengths that can be used as cuts at the start and end of rows to create a more natural and varied look.
This floor comes fully finished, so it can be walked on from the day it is laid. Please refer to our Customer Information or Installation & Aftercare documents for more details.

Our wood flooring is made to order on a 3-week lead time; deliveries can be made between the hours of 8:30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please note that this is a kerbside delivery service, and someone responsible must be available at the delivery address to receive and check the goods upon delivery.
It is essential that you move your wood flooring inside as soon as possible after delivery to avoid potential damage. Wood is very sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity. Please take care when unloading the goods and ensure they are stored in a dry, heated environment.
Flooring will arrive packed on pallets or wooden crates (adhesives, grouts, sealers and care products may arrive separately). Deliveries are typically made using an 18-tonne lorry, so we must be made aware of any potential access restrictions (such as narrow roads, overhanging trees, gravel driveways, steep gradients, uneven ground, weight-limited bridges, red routes, etc.) when your order is placed.
We will need to call you to confirm your delivery date and to discuss potential access restrictions.

Returns
Please be aware that made-to-order items, such as wood flooring, are not eligible for returns.
Made-to-order flooring can be refunded in full if your order is cancelled before manufacturing has commenced; otherwise, you will be liable for any costs incurred.
Do not sign for your flooring without checking it first. Should there be any damage or shortages, this must be acknowledged on the delivery note with the single word ‘damaged’
