deVOL Kitchens is one of the leading and most highly regarded kitchen companies in the UK, with manufacturing and design offices based in Leicestershire, London, Bath, and New York.
We are looking for a motivated, capable, and friendly person to join our team. As a Stock Controller, you will oversee the storage and dispatch of goods within the Ceramics, Metalware, and Shop Operations department, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your role will involve managing stock movement, keeping inventory levels accurate, and ensuring shipments are processed correctly. You will act as a key link between workshop staff and management, helping to maintain an organised and well-run warehouse.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with couriers, checking incoming stock for faults, and dispatching goods.
- Preparing labels and paperwork required for shipments.
- Managing and monitoring stock levels to ensure materials are available and recorded accurately.
- Overseeing stock receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Carrying out regular stock checks and ensuring records are up to date.
- Working closely with deVOL’s Financial Controller, Shop Operations, and Accessories teams.
- Keeping the workshop organised and identifying ways to improve efficiency.

We would love you to have:
- Experience in stock management or a warehouse management role.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy in stock control.
- The ability to lead and work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in liaising with different departments.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
We offer a competitive full time salary starting from £30,000. During your first year you will receive help and training where required and will receive performance appraisals.
You will receive 22 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) which can increase with length of service and experience, as well as life insurance, a wellness program, cycle 2 work scheme and company events.
